Controlled Clean Room Die Cutting, Laminating, Assembly and Packaging

Baril Corporation's microfluidic and diagnostic manufacturing takes place in our specially designed clean room facility. Baril Corp. operates a certified and validated ISO 14644 Class 7 clean room with an environmental viable bioburden monitoring program as prescribed by ISO 14698. The clean room environment is also monitored and controlled for humidity and temperature to enable Baril to work with sensitive diagnostic and microfluidic substrates, adhesives and other related materials. The room is fully equipped for manufacturing, assembling and packaging terminally sterilized medical devices and other products requiring ultra-clean processing. Clean room operations include:
