Baril Corporation is a leading medical converter, die cutter and multi-layer laminator with more than 30 years experience working with established and emerging makers of medical and surgical devices, wound care products, diagnostic and microfluidic products and other life sciences and medical components. We are especially proud to have played an important role in the development and production of dozens of our customers' life-saving and life-enhancing products.

Baril's extensive experience in the design, engineering and production of medical products has earned us a position as one of the most trusted medical converters in the country. Most of Baril's medical-related operations occur in our ISO 14644 Class 7 clean room (with an environmental viable bioburden monitoring program in accordance with ISO 14698). The clean room environment is also monitored for temperature and humidity control, and is available for manufacturing terminally sterilized medical devices and other products requiring ultra-clean processing.

Baril's engineering team features medical experts who can help fill knowledge gaps for early stage clients or can share the load with a customer's own expert team. We also offer regulatory guidance and have a staff biologist who can assist customers during product development and production planning.
