Baril's wound care manufacturing capabilities include rotary die cutting, flat bed die cutting, CNC die cutting (digital die cutting) and laser cutting as well as extensive multi web laminating capabilities. Baril offers extensive expertise with wound care materials, including medical foams, hydrogel and hydrocolloid materials, pressure sensitive adhesives and other medical adhesives.

Clean Room Wound Care Product Capabilities

Our wound care production operations are located in a Baril's validated and certified ISO 14644 Class 7 clean room. The clean room facility features an environmental viable bioburden monitoring program in accordance with ISO 14698. The clean room environment is also monitored for temperature and humidity control. The room is fully equipped for manufacturing terminally sterilized medical devices and other products requiring ultra-clean processing and was specially designed to accommodate wound care manufacturing. Specific clean room operations include:
